What is the Clarity & Confidence workshop?
It’s a 3-hour online workshop that helps you gain:

Hi, I am Maria Mouskou - a personologist, a qualified coach & your partner in this journey of Clarity & Confidence into 2025 and beyond!
After 23 years of studying, working & living in the US and UK, I recently returned back home to Cyprus where I have a private coaching practise.
I am a personologist, certified personal and corporate coach, Keirsey temperament assessor and member of the Coaching Association. My studies include Biographical Counselling (based on Rudolf Steiner’s work) and a Foundation Certificate in Couple and Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I also have a BA in Management, an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship and an MScEcon in International Politics. Before coaching I worked in advertising, marketing and fundraising in the US, UK and Cyprus.
I call myself an anti-coach, because I challenge the traditional coaching narrative of constant self-improvement, chasing success, and becoming a 'better' version of yourself. My approach is about living with intention and integrity, embracing who you are right now, and creating a life that feels deeply aligned with your values, not dictated by external measures of worth and success.
I help you feel clarity about who you truly are, confident about your decisions, and develop habits and strategies that align with your strengths. Once you have this self-awareness, finding solutions to challenges like procrastination, setting boundaries, speaking your truth, being more assertive, and caring less about what others think becomes easier. It’s not about changing who you are—it’s about embracing who you are and creating the space for those strengths to guide you.
And then, you begin to show up differently. You bring more joy, more resilience, and more possibility into the world. And when you do that, you don’t just change your life; you make the world around you brighter, too.

Who is teaching this?
The most confident people are those who bask in the knowledge of their authentic self.
Connecting with your true Self before taking action
Most coaching programs usually start with asking “what do you want to achieve?” But jumping right into achieving skips a vital step the vital first step of exploring who you are and what a meaningful life means to you. It’s out of sequence because even if you achieve many things, if it doesn’t come from looking inwards the only thing you will achieve is to disconnect you from your true Self. So yes, you might achieve goals, but you’ll probably end up feeing restless and wondering what is missing in your life.
That’s why the first step in this program is to get crystal clear of who you are and what has meaning and value to you.
No prescriptive one-size fits all models
Most programs give you a linear pre-scripted model of one-size fits all: “5 steps to realising your goals,” “12 months to a new you.” But cookie cut approaches don’t work. Especially if you’re not the “just do it” type that jumps before looking, but someone that actually takes time to ponder and analyse things before taking action.
Doing Less & Being More
Many programs focus on doing more: more efficiency, more achievement, more money, more discipline, more routines, more habits, less procrastination, smashing every goal, realising your every dream! But this misses the mark, because it doesn’t matter how much you do if it doesn’t come from the right place. That’s why in my programs I advocate doing less and being more.
Focusing on your strengths instead of your self-limiting beliefs
Coaches love to talk about self-limiting beliefs - the perceptions or thoughts that keep you back from achieving something - and how to get over them. Unlike other coaches, I don’t find it useful to dwell on that because from my experience if you really understand yourself and your strengths then confidence and overcoming limiting beliefs follows naturally. My philosophy is forget your weaknesses, focus on your strengths.
Those limiting beliefs exist because at one point you tried to follow advice that didn’t suit you temperament, you tried to mould yourself into something you are not, you followed a cookie-cut approach that killed your confidence because it just didn’t suit you! I also know that if you’re dealing with a serious issue, for example depression, that needs to be dealt in therapy and not in coaching.
Not chasing that big goal sometime in the future
In this program we don’t focus on achieving that big goal in the future because the idea that joy and happiness is in the next place, the next job or whatever the next achievement is destination addiction that creates unhappiness in the present. We focus on what helps you thrive now and how to cultivate a joyful and meaningful life now.
As long as you believe joy is somewhere else, it will never be where you are.
